With flowers in bloom and warm breezes blowing, it can only mean one thing, Spring is upon us. In turn that leads to one major event almost every household encounters.
Now, while some of us dread this feat, I have recently learned it is actually good for your health. A part of spring cleaning usually entails decluttering, and if not, you should consider making this a necessary part of your routine.
Studies now show that having a cluttered house can actually lead to depression. So as you open your windows and break out your elbow grease remind yourself not only are you burning calories but you are also working out your mental health.
